1. Sales made through the website AVAILABLES Shop will be shipped via Royal Mail unless the buyer messages to request a courier service
2. Where there are limited stocked items the pictures shown will be of the actual item you are buying. Where there are batches, multiple stock, a stock photo will be used, so there may be slight variations in the detail of the item received
3. Screen resolution differs from device to device, as leather products are dyed or tooled, a slight different from screen picture to actual item should be expected
1. Payment for custom orders is needed when the item/s are made
2. If the custom request has initials stamped or logo/writing requested 50% non-refundable deposit is needed up front. If the order is confirmed initially satisfactory, the items received by the buyer and the buyer changes their mind no refunds in full or part, will be entertained
3. Once order is made pictures will be sent for you to confirm you are initially happy, if no response from the buyer is received within 7 days, and no prior notification of absence made, your item will be listed in the shop for anyone to buy. I reserve the right to decide to make, or not make, the item for that buyer again
1. If a shop item is purchased and upon receipt the buy wishes to return it, returns will be accepted as long as
a. the item is returned in the condition it arrived
b. the fault found is structural and not caused by buyer mis-use
c. the item is returned at the buyers expense
d. the item has not been used
e. the item does not have blood on it
